At Pulsio, we stand behind the quality of our recovery gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your Pulsio device in its original box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear within 3-5 business days of arrival, and your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
